Indirect Costs

New Indirect Costs functionality within budgets allows grantmakers and grantees to calculate, allocate, and track indirect costs in compliance with grant requirements. Administrators can define allowable indirect cost categories, set an Indirect Cost Rate (ICR) percentage, and enable applicants with a higher Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA).

Reporting across Programs

Organization Owners can compare and analyze data across multiple programs using global fields used across intake forms in Report Builder. This ensures consistent reporting and visualization across programs.

Enhances the ability to conduct comprehensive cross-form reporting by integrating data from Intake, Feedback, and Profile forms. Organization Owners and Program Managers can now compare and analyze data across different stages of the application workflow using the Report Builder. This feature is available at the program level, ensuring consistent insights and informed decision-making.

Reimbursement Invoice Generation

Program Owners and Managers now can generate PDF invoices directly from reimbursement requests. This feature simplifies the reimbursement process by allowing organizations to create and customize formal invoices, which are essential for processing through ERP and AP systems. Translation improvements in French, Spanish and Hindi

We've enhanced our translations for better clarity and accuracy. The static text has been updated in French, Spanish, and Hindi by native speakers to ensure understanding for our users.

Filter improvements

Resolved an issue with filter options that caused errors or messages indicating no matching records during the intake or review rounds. Users can now use the filter function as expected and access accurate data without any errors.

CSV exports

Fixed an accuracy issue with CSV data exports during the intake and review rounds, which previously resulted in missing records or duplicates. Users can now export their data reliably, ensuring comprehensive and consistent reporting.
