Overview

This step-by-step guide shows administrators how to set up their account in Next. 

Step-By-Step Instructions

  • Before an administrator can access programs in Next, they need to be invited to an organization
  • Once invited, they'll need to set up a username and password
     

Accept Email Invitation:

1. Open your email invitation. Click the Log In link. 


 

 

2. The Sign-Up Tab opens in the browser and typically defaults to I’m a new user with your email address already filled in.


Sign Up Using Personal Information 

1. Enter the following information on the I’m a new user panel:

a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Email Address (this should already be filled in)
d. Password
e. Password Confirmation

2. Click Create Account at the bottom of the panel.

3. Follow any multi-factor authentication prompts (e.g., enter a code sent via email).

4. Once logged in, the Organization’s page will display.

📌Note: To set up multi-factor authentication, it must be activated at the Organization level by an Organization Owner; it is not set up or managed within each Program. 


Sign Up With Google

1. Click Signup with Google.

 

2. Follow the prompts to sign in with your Google account.

3. Follow any multi-factor authentication prompts (e.g., enter a code sent via email).

4. Once logged in, the Organization’s page will display.
