Overview

This article provides instructions on how to move a form field within a form in a program cycle in Next. 

In the example below, an Intake Form is shown, but the process of moving a form field in a form in other areas of the workflow is the same.

Move Form Fields

There are two ways to move a form field:

1. Using a mouse
2. Using the section’s Reorder arrows

Move a Form Field Using a Mouse 

1. Select the form field anywhere within its area and continue to hold down the mouse button.
2. Drag the form field to the desired location.

3. Release the mouse button to drop the form field into its new location. 

Move a Form Field Using the Reorder Arrows

1. Select within a form field so the dotted outline remains visible.

2. Select the appropriate arrow to move the form field up or down from its current position on the form.

3. As the arrows are selected, the form field is moved.
