What's new:

• Programs-first homepage – Your Programs page is now the default landing page, giving you immediate access to program management tasks instead of navigating through your organization's About page
• Streamlined navigation – Reach organization-level features like Participant Network, Funds, and Organization settings with fewer clicks
• Expanded workspace – Removal of the left-hand navigation panel at the organization level provides more screen space for managing your programs and data
• Simplified program-to-analytics switching – Toggle between program management and reporting views more efficiently
• Consistent experience – Applicants and reviewers will also see an updated interface designed for easier navigation and improved usability

Important: Logo Update May Be Required

The top banner across all organizations is now white. If your logo is white or has a transparent background, you'll need to upload a new version to ensure it displays properly:

1. Go to Settings > Branding
2. Upload a non-transparent logo that contrasts well against a white background

Download Improvements

Export large datasets without interruptions using our new background processing system. All downloadable files are now managed through a centralized Downloads page, ensuring reliable exports and easy file retrieval.

Key improvements:

• Background processing – Exports run behind the scenes, eliminating timeout errors and allowing you to continue working without interruption
• Centralized file management – Access all completed downloads from one organized location in the top right corner under your name
• Email notifications – Receive alerts when your files are ready to download
• Multiple concurrent requests – Queue multiple exports simultaneously and retrieve them at your convenience
• Clear download indicators – Green confirmation messages tell you whether files will appear on the Downloads page or download directly to your computer

Note: Not all export types use the new Downloads page yet. Watch for the confirmation message after initiating any download to know where your file will be available.

Faster Support with Direct Account Access

Troubleshoot technical issues faster with our new support access feature. You can now invite Submittable Next technical support directly into your account, enabling our team to diagnose and resolve problems more efficiently.

How it works:

• One-click invitation – Find the new "Invite Support" button under Organization Members
• Secure impersonation – Support team members can temporarily view your account as your organization members to identify issues
• Faster resolution – Eliminate the back-and-forth of screenshots and detailed explanations
• Complete transparency – You control when support access is granted and can revoke it at any time

This feature is particularly helpful for complex technical issues, configuration questions, or when visual confirmation speeds up troubleshooting.
