Give Owner Organization Role CRUD Permissions Across the Platform

My organization is new to using the platform, and while we like the simplicity of it so far, we've run into many niche circumstances where we need to do something as an edge case, but simply do not have the ability to do so. E.G., deleting things (programs as a whole, user profiles, applications, reviews, role assignments for users [you can't unassign the reviewer role from user etc]), editing things, (Profile info for applicants, Application data, intake or review forms after stages have started, role assignments for users), etc. 

I understand the concept of least privileged permissions, but there are a lot of edge cases and exceptions that make it impractical to limit CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) even for the Organization Owners, who you can assume is not going to maliciously alter or delete any application info etc. And as a software developer, it is an incredible annoyance having to submit a support case to do simple things, when I would probably be able to accomplish them myself if I were just given access. At the least I would like to see these operations exposed in the API, so someone such as a developer has access to do these things. Granting Orgaization Owner CRUD permissions across the org would speed things up for the client's team (my) so we don't have to wait for a support case to be resolved, and save time for Submittable's team when dealing with support case submissions.
