Summary

The following is a summary of updates that were part of the June 2024 NextZen release.  Please note that each link gives more information about that feature or enhancement.

Global Fields (update)

The ability to add Global Fields to cycle forms was released in May.  In this release, Global Fields can now be viewed and deleted from the organization level.

Please see the article titled Global Fields (coming soon) for more details.

Duplicate/Copy a Program

To provide more efficiency to administrators, the ability to duplicate an entire program, including one specified cycle, is now available.  Please note that this feature does not copy program members, deadline dates for rounds, or reviewers for the review round(s).

Please see the article titled Duplicate a Program (coming soon) for more details.

Disbursements

The new disbursements feature in NextZen allows the tracking of disbursements for program administrators and awardees.  This means that administrators can see the status of disbursements per awardee as well as any related reporting dependencies and their status.  Awardees have visibility to reporting expectations before they accept an award, and can see which reports are due when for additional disbursements related to their award(s).

Please see the article titled Disbursements (coming soon) for more details.

Multiple Language Support 2.0

NextZen now supports multiple language translation for all system-generated text that is common to all clients like buttons or system messages, as well as most items entered by program administrators like intake round questions or other form field components.  Items that do not have any related context like the names for programs, cycles, rounds, and applicant names or any text entered by applicants will appear as it was entered and will not be translated.

Please see the article titled Multiple Language Support (coming soon) for more details.
