Enable/Disable Disbursements Services for a Cycle
Within the Cycle Setup page of a program cycle, there is now a toggle to enable or disable disbursements services through WizeHive.

This toggle needs to be turned on before awarding begins.

Global (Custom) Fields
The ability to create custom fields in any form within a program cycle, and have that same form field available in other forms throughout the organization.
A common use case for this type of global field is a list of local education institutions that need to be used in multiple places or on multiple forms.
The custom form field types currently available include single-select, multi-select, and number fields.

Resend Invitations to Program Members
A Program Owner or Program Manager has the ability to resend invitations to individuals who were invited to participate in a program at a specific role, but who have yet to respond to that invitation.

Request Revisions During a Review Round
A Program Owner or Program Manager has the opportunity to request revisions to submissions during any review round.

Notification for Submitted Applications
A communication template is available that triggers an email notification to the Program Owner when an application is submitted. Please note that this communication is not enabled by default and needs to be set up by a Program Owner or Program Manager.

Notification for Submitted Progress Report
A communication template is available that triggers an email notification to the Program Owner and Program Managers when an awardee submits a progress report. Please note that this communication is not enabled by default and needs to be set up by a Program Owner or Program Manager.

Administrator View of Awardee Disbursement Schedules
Administrators have the ability to view the disbursement schedule for an awardee who has accepted their award, including related progress reports. The updated view of the disbursement schedule includes:
- Progress report name(s)
- The reporting period for each report
- Report due date including both date and time
- The status of the report
Based on the submitted reports, an administrator can now initiate disbursements.

Awardee View of Disbursement Schedule
Awardees can see the status of their disbursement schedule(s), including if progress reports are approved or still pending approval.

Custom Views of Opportunities
Applicants will only have visibility to programs that are available to accept applications.
Other updates for the applicant view include:
- The Programs page is renamed to Opportunities
- Functionality on the Opportunities page now includes:
- A search bar to search by program or cycle name
- An option to sort opportunities by deadline

Organization Collaboration Enhancement
When collaborating on an organization application, if more than one user is working on the application, each user’s work will not be overridden by other users who may also be working on the same application.
