Overview
This article shows Program Administrators how to preview and manage Applicant Profile Types for a specific award cycle.

Step-By-Step Instructions
Access Applicant Profiles
1. From the Program page, click Program Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
2. Click All Award Cycles in the left-hand menu.
3. Click the Open button for the desired award cycle.
4. On the Award Cycle page, click Applicant Profiles in the left-hand menu.
⚠️IMPORTANT:
Content within the Applicant Profiles cannot be edited at the award cycle level. Only the Organization Owner can edit profile forms at the organization level.
Within Applicant Profiles, you can perform the following actions:
- Preview the profile forms
- Enable or disable profile types per award cycle

Allow applicants to create new Organization Profiles
Preview Profile Forms
Individual Applicant
1. To view the Individual Applicant Profile Form, click Preview Profile next to Individual Applicant.
2. A window opens that displays the Individual Applicant Profile Form.
3. To close the preview, select the X in the upper-right corner of the preview window.
Organization
1. To view the Organization Applicant Profile Form, click Preview Profile next to Organization.
2. A window opens that displays the Organization Applicant Profile Form.
3. To close the preview, select the X in the upper-right corner of the preview window.
Enable/Disable Profile Types
Program Owners and Program Managers can determine which applicant types can apply for a specific award cycle.
1. Use the Off/On toggles next to each applicant type to control who can apply.
⚠️IMPORTANT: When a profile type is turned Off, that applicant type will not be able to apply.
- To accept only Individual Applicants (e.g., a scholarship for students):
- Individual: On
- Organization: Off.
- To accept only Organization Applicants (e.g., a grant for 501(c)(3) nonprofits):
- Individual: Off.
- Organization: On
- To accept both Individual and Organization Applicants:
- Individual: On
- Organization: On
2. After making changes to the toggles, click Save Changes in the upper-right corner.
3. A confirmation message appears on the screen.
Allow Applicants to Create New Organization Profiles
1. Within the Organization profile section, Program Owners or Program Managers can control whether Organization Applicants can create new Organization profiles or if they must join an existing profile.
Select Yes if: You want to allow applicants to create a brand new Organization Profile for your program.

Select No if: You want to make sure applicants only join existing organizations in your database.
Note: If you select No, applicants must search for an existing organization in the system. They'll be required to ask for permission to join that organization before they can proceed with an application.
2. After making any changes on this page, click Save Changes in the upper-right corner.
