Customize Award Agreements with Dynamic Variables
Program owners can now create perfectly customized award agreements by seamlessly integrating dynamic variables from application forms. The dynamic variables automatically incorporate program details and critical information directly into your award agreement. Any information collected in your intake forms can now be dynamically placed into your award agreements, allowing for complete customization with minimal effort. By eliminating manual data entry, you'll reduce errors and save valuable time while delivering professional, personalized agreements that precisely align with your program's objectives.
Please see this helpful article for a step-by-step guide on how to leverage dynamic variables to further personalize your award agreements.
Integration with Microsoft Dynamics
Our new Microsoft Dynamics integration helps grantmakers maintain accurate, up-to-date applicant data without manual effort. By mapping individual and organization profile fields directly to Microsoft Dynamics contact records, your system automatically syncs whenever applicants create or update their profiles.
This seamless connection ensures your team always works with the latest information, improving data integrity and supporting better decision-making. As contact information remains consistent across systems, both applicants and organizations benefit from increased efficiency.
To implement this integration, contact your customer success representative to add it to your plan. Once enabled, refer to our help documentation for guidance on connecting to Microsoft Dynamics and mapping your preferred profile fields.
Additional Language Support
This release expands language support with the addition of Italian, Kazakh, Filipino, and Bahasa Malaysia to our platform. Both applicants and administrators can now navigate their respective portals in these languages, making our application process more accessible to users worldwide.
In this update, we've also addressed translation inconsistencies in help text sections and award agreement terms, ensuring a smoother experience for non-English speakers.
Languages available for selection seen above. Go to Organization Settings > Languages or view this article for more information.
Ability to Hide Request Form Fields
Program Owners can now selectively hide specific fields within Request Forms during review rounds, rather than hiding entire forms. This enhancement extends the existing field-level masking capabilities (previously available only for Profile and Intake forms) to Request Forms, giving administrators more precise control over what information reviewers can access during evaluation. See this helpful article to get started using this feature today.
Improvements in Exports & CSVs
Reimbursement and Progress Reports Exports
Administrators can now export detailed reimbursement expense data submitted by grantees into structured CSV files, streamlining reconciliation, auditing, and financial data processing outside the platform. Additionally, grantmakers can export progress reports as ZIP files, providing a reliable method to extract data for funder reporting, internal program evaluation, and compliance audits.
Improve “Export All” from Review Rounds
The Review Round export feature has been significantly improved to provide more comprehensive data access. Users can now export all intake information up to and including their current review round. This enhanced export downloads as a ZIP file containing well-formatted CSV files for each data category: organization profiles, individual profiles, all feedback collected to date, and data from all previous intake rounds leading up to the round being accessed.
CSV Export Quality Enhancements
This release also includes numerous improvements to exports and CSV files across the platform. We've resolved issues with currency formatting, decimal rounding, column order, spelling, headers, and character encoding in all major exports (Award, Report, Intake, Progress).
