NextZen offers built-in multi-language support to provide a more inclusive experience for all users. This feature is automatically enabled for your platform, allowing users to select their preferred language from those available. Administrators can customize which languages are offered to their users through simple configuration options.

Administrator Setup

Customize Supported Languages

Multi-language support is automatically enabled for all customer accounts.

  • Navigate to Organization Settings > Language.
  • A list of all available languages is automatically displayed and enabled.
  • To remove languages, deselect them from the list.
  • Click "Save" to confirm your language selections.
  • Only the selected languages will appear in the locale selector dropdown for all users.

Accessing the Language Selector

  • All users (administrators, applicants, and awardees) can change their preferred language using the language selector.
  • Click the globe icon (🌐) in the top-right corner of the platform to open the language dropdown menu.
  • Select your preferred language from the list.
  • Selecting a language updates the system's static text and labels.
  • Only languages that the organization administrator hasn't disabled will appear in this dropdown.

NextZen currently supports the following languages:

  • العربية → Arabic
  • Deutsch → German
  • English → English (Default)
  • español → Spanish
  • Pilipino → Filipino
  • Français → French
  • हिंदी → Hindi
  • Kreyòl → Cape Verdean Creole
  • Kreyòl → Haitian Creole
  • Bahasa → Bahasa Malaysia
  • Italian → Italian
  • 日本語 → Japanese
  • қазақша → Kazakh
  • 한국인 → Korean
  • Português → Portuguese
  • Русский → Russian
  • Af Soomaali → Somali
  • Tiếng Việt → Vietnamese
  • 简体中文 → Simplified Chinese
  • 繁體中文 → Traditional Chinese
