Overview
If you're not receiving emails from Next (e.g., password resets, verification emails, notifications), it's usually a spam filter or email settings issue. Follow the steps below to make sure our emails reach your inbox.
📌Note: If you are an Admin wondering whether an email was sent to someone, check your Communication Logs in Next to see a record of system-generated emails.
Steps you can take:
-
Check your spam, junk, or other filtered folders. If you find an email there, mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" — this helps future emails reach your inbox.
-
Add no-reply@wizehive.app to your safe senders, contacts, or allow list. The exact safelist setting name depends on your email provider, but this tells your email service to trust our messages.
-
Check any additional folders or tabs your email provider uses to sort messages automatically. For example, Gmail uses "Promotions" and "Social" tabs; Outlook and Microsoft 365 use "Focused Inbox." Also, check your filters, blocked senders, and mail rules.
-
Using a work or school email? Your organization's network may be blocking emails before they even reach your spam folder. Contact your IT department and ask them to check your email quarantine, firewall, and network settings, and allow emails from no-reply@wizehive.app.
- Still not getting them? Reach out to Support, and we'll help you figure it out.
