Overview
This article provides information and instructions on how administrators can view the feedback from program cycle reviewers.
View Feedback Button
Once a review round starts, the View Feedback button is present when accessing an individual application, even if feedback has not yet been submitted. (Please see the article titled Access Submissions During a Review Round for more information about opening and navigating individual records, and the article titled Manage Applications During Review for details on that functionality.)
--- IMPORTANT ---
The View Feedback button and related functionality are only accessible by administrators with the roles of either Program Owner or Program Manager. Program Staff members can access the application information, but not the reviewer feedback.
The number between the parentheses on the View Feedback button shows how many completed reviews have been submitted for that application.
To view reviewer feedback, follow these steps:
- With an individual submission open, select the View Feedback button to access the feedback for that individual application.
- A panel slides open from the right side of the screen. If there is feedback that has been submitted, a list of those reviewers is displayed.
--- REMEMBER ---
If a submission has multiple reviewers and one or more reviewers have not yet completed their review, their name(s) will not yet appear in the list.
- If no reviewers have completed their reviews yet, no names will appear on the list; the names are added after their feedback is complete.
- To view the feedback submitted by a reviewer, select their name from the list.
- The panel populates with the selected reviewer’s feedback form.
- The administrator can view the application and the reviewer's feedback side-by-side on the screen.
- To exit the reviewer’s feedback and access another review, select the Back button in the panel.
- Select the next reviewer on the list to view their assessment.
- To close the Reviewer Feedback panel, select the X tab.
To view a summary of reviewer feedback, various form fields can be shown on the Review Round data view; please see the article titled Data Views for more information.
