Awardee Budgets Viewable in Award Agreement

Program Owners now have the ability to view the final budget section for each awardee within their award agreement from the Award Recipients page.

Presentational Budget Section in Award Agreement Templates

Program Owners can now see a presentational budget section in the award agreement template for programs that have budgets in their intake forms.

Add Duration Periods to Multi-Year Budgets

For the multi-year budget tables, the duration of each budget section is added on the award recipient page.

Invite Only Programs No Longer Visible on Applicant Opportunities Page

When running an invite-only program, the program will no longer appear on an applicant’s Opportunities page. Removing invite-only programs from the Opportunities page prevents the applicant from being able to preview the application.  Applicants who have been invited to invite-only programs will be able to preview the application when using their invite code.

Ability to Assign Reviewers Randomly

Program Owners can now assign applications randomly across reviewers. To do so, when choosing assignments, either select to set the number of reviewers per application, or to set the number of applications per reviewer. In both cases, assignments will be distributed randomly across applications. Learn more about reviewer assignments.

Send and Customize Emails to Disqualified Applicants

Program administrators can set up and send customized emails to applicants who were disqualified during a review round or declined at the end of a program cycle. Learn more about email communications in NextZen.

Organization Member Sign Up Logs Viewable by Organization Owners

Organization owners can now view the sign-up details of all users in their organization, including name, email, role, and sign-up date, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations. Go to Organization Settings > Logs > Sign Up Logs.
