Overview

This step-by-step guide shows Program Admins how to delete an award cycle in Next.

• Who can delete award cycles? 
  • Organization Owners
  • Client Admins
  • Program Owners 
  • Program Managers
     

⚠️Important Notes 

• A cycle can only be deleted if its status is "Not Published" or "In Testing."
   
• The program must contain at least two cycles before a deletion is permitted.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Delete an Award Cycle

1. Log in to your account. From the Programs page, click View Program to open the program you want to work in.
   
   
    
2. The Award Cycles page opens. Click the three-dot icon to the far right of the cycle you want to delete, and select Delete Cycle from the dropdown.
   
   
   
   ⚠️IMPORTANT: Once you delete a cycle, all of its content/data is permanently deleted. 
    
3. In the pop-up, click Delete.
   
   

• The cycle no longer shows on the Award Cycles page.
