Step-By-Step Instructions

Delete an Award Cycle

⚠️ IMPORTANT: A cycle can only be deleted if it is unpublished. Additionally, your program must contain at least two cycles before a deletion is permitted.

1. In the Program page, click Program Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu. 

2. Click All Award Cycles in the left-hand menu. 

3. On the All Award Cycles page, click the trash can icon on the unpublished cycle that should be deleted.

⚠️REMINDER: Only unpublished cycles can be deleted (cycles with label "Not Published"). 

4. In the Delete Cycle confirmation pop-up, click Delete.

5. The cycle no longer shows on the All Award Cycles page.
