What Gets Copied

When you duplicate a program, the following components are included:

  • Program settings - All configuration options

      • You can rename this later on the All Cycles page

  • Workflow configurations - Review and approval workflows

What to Do After Duplication

After successfully duplicating a program:

  1. Review Program Settings - The system will guide you to the Program Settings page

  1. Customize as needed - Update any settings specific to your new program
  2. Rename the cycle - If desired, rename the "Default" cycle on the All Cycles page
  3. Configure team members - Add or adjust program staff and reviewers as needed
