(Example: You apply to scholarships from three different organizations that are all part of the same scholarship network or group).

Overview

This step-by-step guide shows applicants how to access their account in Next to view their applications and awards across organizations in the same group.
 


Step-By-Step Instructions

⚠️IMPORTANT: If you haven’t set up your account in Next yet, see ➡️Create Your Account (Applicants).

Access Your Applications

To access applications you started or submitted:

1. Log in to your account. 

2. Click Applications in the top menu.

3. You’ll see a list of all applications you’ve started or submitted across every organization in the group.

(Example: in the screenshot above, the applicant submitted six applications to scholarships from multiple organizations under the same group/network—Submittable).
 


Application Page Overview

Each application shows the following information:

  1. Opportunity(s): The name of the opportunity (for example, the scholarship or grant title).
     
  2. Applicant: Your name.
     
  3. Cycle: The award cycle you applied to.
     
  4. Deadline: The application due date.
     
  5. Status: Where your application is in the process. 
    • Draft: You started the application but haven’t submitted it yet.
    • Not Started: You haven’t started the next application form yet. 
    • Submitted: Your application was successfully submitted.
    • Submitted (Pending Approval): Your application was submitted and is waiting for admin approval before moving forward.
    • Revisions Requested: An administrator asked you to make changes to your application.
    • Revisions Draft: You started making the requested changes, but haven’t resubmitted yet. 
    • Under Review: Your application is being reviewed.
    • Selected: You were chosen for the award, but you still need to review and accept the award agreement.
    • Awarded: You accepted the award agreement and officially received the award.
    • Declined: You declined an award. 
    • Disqualified: Your application was disqualified by an administrator.
       
  6. Submitted on: The date you submitted your application. 
     
  7. Actions: What you can do next. Click on these buttons to take action. 
    • View: View your submitted application or revision request. 
    • Continue: Continue working on a draft application.
    • Review Award: Review and accept your award agreement (this changes your status to “Awarded”).
    • View Award: Review your award details and accepted award agreement.


Access Your Awards

To access the awards you’ve received:

1. Log in to your account. 

2. Click Your Awards in the top menu.

3. You’ll see a list of all awards you’ve received across every organization in the group.

4. To review your award details, click View Award.
