Overview

This step-by-step guide shows applicants how to access their account in Next and manage their shared profile across organizations in the same group.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Create Your Account

1. Click Apply on any opportunity (like a scholarship or grant) that you’re interested in.

2. Create an account if you don’t already have one.

📌Good to Know:

  • You only need to set up your account one time
  • Once you have an account, you can use that same email and password to apply to opportunities offered by any organization in the group.
  • You’ll also use this account to view your applications and awards for all organizations in the group (For more information, see ➡️ Track Your Applications & Awards Across Organizations).

Create Your Profile

After setting up your account and logging in, you’ll be asked to Create Your Profile. This typically includes basic information, such as name, contact info, etc.

How Your Profile Works

  • Your profile is shared across all organizations in the group, so you only need to fill it out once.
  • When you apply to opportunities offered by any organization in the group.
    • Your profile information fills in automatically.
    • You’ll be asked to review your profile information and make updates (if needed).

You can edit your profile at any time. Any updates you make are saved and used for future applications.

To edit your profile:

1. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the screen.

2. Select Your Profiles.

3. On the Profile page, select Individual Profile.

4. Click Edit Profile in the upper-right corner.
