Overview

Cycle Settings is where Program Admins set up an award cycle. This article explains how to get there and how to get around once you're there.

Who can access Cycle Settings?

• Organization Owners
• Client Admins
• Program Owners
• Program Managers

How to Get to Cycle Settings

1. Open the program, then click the gear icon to the far-right of the cycle to open Cycle Settings. 

• In Cycle Settings, you'll see tabs across the top of the page. 
  
  
  
  📌Note: The tabs you see may vary depending on your plan and enabled features. 

How to Get Around (Layout & Navigation)

• Each tab in the top menu covers a different part of your cycle. Click a tab to open it. The tab you're on will be highlighted so you know where you are. 
   
• Some tabs have more than one section. When they do, a menu will appear on the left. Click any item in that menu to jump to that section. 
  
  

How to Go Back 

Use the links at the top of the page: 

1. Click the program name to return to the program. 
2. Click Award Cycles to return to your full list of award cycles in the program.
