Overview

This article will walk through deleting a form from a program cycle in Next. 

In the example below, an Intake Form is shown, but the process of deleting a form in other areas of the workflow is the same.

Delete a Form

Within a program’s settings, select the appropriate section to delete a form.  

1. For this example, select Intake Forms.

2. On the list of Intake Forms, select the red trash can icon of the Intake Form that needs to be deleted.

3. A popup message appears and asks to confirm the deletion of the form.  Select the Delete button to confirm.

4. The form will be deleted and removed from the list of forms.
