Overview

This guide shows Program Admins how to rename a form in Next. The example below uses an Intake Form, but the process is the same for other forms in the workflow.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Rename a Form

⚠️IMPORTANT: New forms must have a structure chosen first. If you're opening a form for the first time, you'll need to choose whether it's divided into sections before you can rename it. See ➡️ Build a Form.

  1. With the form open, click anywhere inside the current name of the form and a text box appears.

  2. Edit the name as needed. (Note: This name must be unique within the Cycle. If it matches the name of another Intake Form in your cycle, you'll see an error message).

  3. Click Return/Enter key on the keyboard, the arrow next to the textbox, or anywhere outside the text box to accept the new form name.
