Overview

This article will walk through the basics of Forms in Next. 

Workflow Location

The ability to create forms appears in multiple areas throughout the workflow, as shown by the blue text in the graphic below.  No matter where forms are used in the workflow, how to build and edit forms is the same.  






 

--- IMPORTANT ---

All of these forms are available within a Program’s Settings except for Applicant Profiles.  Applicant Profiles are created and maintained at the organization level and cannot be customized per program.



 

Form Basics

When an administrator needs to create, edit, or access a form in a program, the area of the program where all forms except the Applicant Profile form(s) are found is in the Program Settings.  Applicant Profiles are not considered program forms as they are not unique per program and are controlled at the organization level for all program(s) an organization runs.  (Please see the Applicant Profiles article for more information about that form.)

To create, edit, or access program forms:

  1. Within the Program where the form is being built or edited, select Program Settings.



 

  1. Select the Award Cycle where the form is used.
