Overview
This step-by-step guide shows Program Admins how to add award names to a program in Next.
What are Award Names?
Before you can set up awards in any award cycle, you must first add the award names at the program level.
These names create the pool of awards available to each award cycle in the program. When setting up awards at the cycle level, you'll choose which ones to use.
Setting up awards for a cycle involves three parts:
- Add Award Names at the program level --> (this article)
- Set up Awards in the award cycle --> see Award Setup
⚠️IMPORTANT: If you don’t add the Award Names at the program level, they won't appear for selection in Award Setup.
- Create an Award Agreement for the award(s) --> see Award Agreement Templates
