How to Verify Your Identity

• Start the Applicant Profile setup (typically the first page of your application)
• Click the blue "Proceed to Verification" button at the bottom of the page

• You'll be redirected to our secure identity verification provider

• Scan your government-issued ID following the on-screen instructions
• Take a selfie when prompted for facial recognition matching
• Wait for the system to process your verification (usually takes less than a minute)
• A pop-up notice will appear displaying your verification status
• You will be returned to your application to finish your submission

Our system accepts a wide range of government-issued identification documents:

• Passports
• National ID cards
• Driver's licenses
• Residence permits
• Military IDs (where applicable)
