Overview

This step-by-step guide shows Program Admins in Next how to use view applicants’ responses to Eligibility Forms*.

*An Eligibility Form checks whether someone qualifies to apply to your program. For help creating a form, see ➡️Eligibility Forms.

What are Eligibility Results?

The Eligibility Results screen in Next lists all applicants who completed the Eligibility Form and their eligibility status (Eligible or Not Eligible). From the screen, you can open an applicant's form to see their responses.

  • Use eligibility results to:
    • See who completed the Eligibility Form.
    • Understand why applicants were marked Eligible or Not Eligible.
    • Identify possible errors in eligibility status.
    • Keep records for reporting and compliance.
  • Who can view eligibility responses:
    • Program Owners
    • Program Managers
    • Program Staff

⚠️Important Notes

  • Signed-In Submissions Only: Eligibility results only appear for applicants who are signed in. If someone completes the form while previewing (not signed in), their responses won’t appear. They’ll need to complete the Eligibility Check again after logging in.

  • Disqualifying in Intake: If an applicant incorrectly passes eligibility and is actually not eligible, you can disqualify them during Intake. For help, see ➡️Manage Applications During Intake
