What’s in Cycle Info
Cycle Details
This is where you name the cycle and add a short, internal description for your team.
-
Cycle Name:
The name of the cycle. This name is visible to admins, reviewers, approvers, and applicants throughout the platform. It also appears on your Opportunities page. To change it, see ➡️ Rename an Award Cycle.
Cycle Description (⚠️for internal use only):
A short description cycle for your team. This is for internal use only. It does not appear anywhere else in Next, and applicants never see it.
➜ To add or edit a cycle description:
- In the description field, enter your text.
- Click Save Changes in the upper-right corner (Note: The Save Changes button only appears after you make a change).
- A confirmation message briefly appears in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Admin Section
This is a private space where your team can store internal information for the cycle, like budget codes, internal notes, or reference files.
- The Admin Section is only visible to admins (Organization Owners, Client Admins, Program Owners, Program Managers).
- You build the form by adding fields, then you and other admins fill it in with the necessary information. It can be updated at any time.
Admin Sections are also available at the organization and program level.
➜ To build or edit the Admin Section form, see ➡️ Setting Up & Using the Admin Section
