Overview

This article shows Program Admins how to create a new form in Next. 
 


Add a Form

In the example below, an Intake Form is shown, but the process of adding a form to other areas of the workflow is the same.

  1. Open the award cycle (Program Settings > All Award Cycles > Click Open next to the award cycle). 
     
  2. On the Cycle Settings screen, click Intake in the top menu. Select Intake Forms from the left menu.


 

3. On the Intake Forms listing screen, select the Create New button in the upper right corner.



 4. A new form will appear on the list.

 

Once you add a form, it will need to be set up. For more information, please see the Build a Form article.
