Overview 

This article will help you manage your individual profile and organizational profiles within the portal.
 


Your Profiles 

A profile stores your background information as an applicant.

Your individual profile contains your personal information, such as your contact and demographic details. Your organizational profile contains information about an organization you apply on behalf of. 

Depending on how you've applied to opportunities, you may have an individual profile, organization profile(s), or both


Step-By-Step Instructions 

Individual Profile 

Your individual profile contains your personal information as an applicant. 

Note: If you also manage one or more organizational profiles, those are kept separate and managed independently.

Accessing and Editing Your Individual Profile

  1. Log in to your portal.
     
  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner. Select Your Profiles from the dropdown.


     
  3. Select Individual Profile from the top. 

  4. Click Edit Profile in the top right corner.

  5. Make your desired changes to the profile fields. 

    📌Note: If any profile fields are grayed out and uneditable, it means they are read only and cannot be changed.

     

  6. Click Save Changes in the top-right corner when ready.

 


Organization Profile

If you are designated as a profile owner for one or more organizations, you can manage those organization profiles. This is especially useful for grant writers or administrators who need to apply on behalf of multiple entities.

Accessing and Editing Organization Profile(s)

  1. Log in to your portal.
     
  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner. Select Your Profiles from the dropdown.


     
  3. Select Organization Profile from the top. 

📌Note: If you are the profile owner for multiple organizations, you can easily switch between them. On the Organization Profile page, locate the Organization dropdown menu. Click the dropdown to see all organizations where you are listed as a profile owner. Select the organization profile you wish to review or edit.

4.  Click Edit Profile in the top right corner.

5. Make your desired changes to the profile fields. 

6. Click Save Changes in the top-right corner when ready.
