Sorting & Filtering on Application Fields

You can now sort and filter directly on responses from your application forms—not just standard columns. Pull applications that meet specific criteria like "GPA above 3.0" or "Budget under $50K" from any custom view column header.

Click any column header in Intake or Review Round custom views to instantly sort or filter based on the actual data submitted in applications. Create reusable segments for bulk actions and high-volume decision-making—significantly reducing review time for your program team.

Award Multiple Applicants at Once (Bulk Awarding)

Awarding large cohorts no longer requires processing each application individually. With Bulk Awarding, you can award entire groups simultaneously using consistent award types, amounts, and notification templates.

The system automatically prevents duplicate awards and instantly triggers notifications for all recipients. Full audit trails maintain complete visibility across all bulk actions.

SAM.gov Compliance Verification

We're extending our SAM.gov integration to all eligible Submittable customers, bringing automated federal compliance validation and streamlined organization profile creation to any program managing federal funding.

Organizations can create profiles directly from SAM.gov data—prefilling legal name, UEI, and address details similar to our GuideStar integration. Your team can run instant compliance checks at any workflow stage to validate registration status, exclusion status, and expiration dates with a single click.

Use SAM.gov checks across the Participant Network, program intake and review stages, and post-award to ensure eligibility is current before approving reimbursements. Full compliance details are displayed for each validation.

SAM.gov integration is included in select packages. Contact your Customer Success Manager to check if it's already part of your subscription or to add it to your account.

Admin Section

Keep your internal program information organized and private — with dedicated fields that only your team can see, right where the work happens.

Admins can add Admin Section at the Organization level and both the program and cycle levels to capture budget codes, audit references, financial metadata, and operational notes. Upload documents for easy access by other program staff, and use a range of field types to fit your needs. Admin Section stays completely separate from applicant-facing content, giving your team a single source of truth for the information that drives decisions behind the scenes.

SMS Notifications

Reach applicants where they're most responsive—with instant text notifications that ensure time-sensitive updates are seen and acted upon, cutting through overflowing email inboxes.

Set up automated SMS triggers for key moments in your application lifecycle: submission confirmations, approaching deadlines, award notifications, or custom milestones. Text messages deliver significantly higher open rates than email, ensuring applicants never miss critical information while reducing the time your team spends on follow-up reminders.

Ready to boost your applicant engagement with SMS? Contact your Customer Success Manager to add this feature to your subscription.
