Updated Navigation at Program and Award Levels
What’s changing
We're continuing to improve the platform experience with an updated top navigation that puts your key tasks front and center — helping you work more efficiently with fewer clicks. This is the biggest visible change in this update.
Starting next week, the Program Level UI will have a new look.
We've also moved many Program-level settings to the Award Cycle level. This lays the groundwork for running parallel programs (two or more cycles active at the same time) more easily in the future.
Click through this demo to experience the new UI.
📖 Want a full walkthrough of the new layout? See Quick Guide to the Program Level.
What you'll see
From your Programs page, when you click View Program.
You'll land on your new Program Menu screen.
From there, clicking into Award Cycle hyperlink takes you to an updated program experience. Program and Award Cycle settings have been removed from this screen — see below for where to find them now.
Where to find moved settings
Use the Gear icon to access settings that moved to the Award Cycle level:
- Award setup → now under Financials
- Allowing multiple applications and rolling cycles (and similar options) → now under Workflow Options
Some Program Settings/Setup features are still available here. Program Settings is still there, but it is a pared-down list of settings, since some moved to Award Cycle.
Before
Clicking View Program took you to a single mixed view that combined setup, cycle applications, review rounds, and program settings.
We are working to improve your navigation and make it easier for you to get to work. More improvements are still on their way.
