Financial Management Improvements
Financial configurations — including award setup, budgets, and categories — have moved from the program setup level to the award cycle level. This reorganization consolidates award naming and fund allocation in one place, and allows users to link funds directly to awards at the time of creation, preventing over-allocation beyond total available funds.
This change delivers:
- A cleaner picture of where money is going — funds link directly to awards within each cycle.
- Stronger auditability — each cycle's financials stand on their own, fully separate from other cycles in the program.
- Groundwork for parallel cycles — coming soon, you'll be able to run more than one cycle in a program at the same time, each reflecting its own funding.

User Management Page
A new User Management page lets admins archive accounts and update first and last names. The page supports filtering by role to help manage large user lists. Note: updating user emails and reactivating archived accounts are planned for a future release. Users with associated applications or awards cannot be deleted. To locate this page at the Org Level go to More and then User Management.

Participant Network Archive Profiles
Profiles in the participant network can now be archived using the trash can icon in the actions column. Archiving is limited to profiles not linked to any existing applications or awards. Note that profiles remain distinct from user accounts even when the two are associated.

Enhancements:
UEI Field Configuration — The UEI field now includes additional configuration options in the form builder, giving admins more control over how the field behaves for different applicant types. Settings include marking the field as required, hiding it entirely, or making it read-only..
Reimbursement Approval — When using the Approval workflow for expenses and reimbursements, approvers can now view attachments directly within the approval flow.
Application Nickname — Applicants can now edit the nickname they assigned to their application at submission. This is helpful when an application name needs to be updated before an award is made.
