Overview

This guide shows Program Admins how to include Goals and Milestones (from an applicant’s Intake Form) in an Award Agreement.

📌 This applies only to award cycles where Goals and Milestones were collected from applicants in the Intake Form. For more info, see ➡️  Adding & Setting Up a Goals & Milestones Section in an Intake Form.

Enable Goals and Milestones on an Award Agreement 

1. Open the program, then click the gear icon to the far right of the cycle to open Cycle Settings. 


 

2. In Cycle Settings, click Awarding in the top menu, then select Agreement Templates from the left menu.

3. Click Open next to the template.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the agreement and toggle Include Goals and Milestones = Yes. 

📌Note: This toggle is only editable in unpublished agreement templates. To change a published agreement, duplicate the template, make your edits in the copy, and use that version instead.

6. After you publish the Award Agreement and select it during Awarding, the Goals and Milestones the applicant submitted in their Intake Form will be pulled into their Award Agreement.

💡Pro Tip: How to Remove a Goals & Milestones Section

⚠️ IMPORTANT: You can remove the Goals and Milestones section only before you notify the award recipient.

To remove: 

1. In your cycle, go to the Awarding page and open the awardee’s award agreement. 

2. Click More Actions in the upper-right corner, and select Remove Goals from the dropdown.

⚠️IMPORTANT: This action can't be undone within that award draft. If you accidentally delete the goals section, you must delete that award draft, and add a new award.
