Overview

This guide shows Program Admins how to include Goals and Milestones (from an applicant’s Intake Form) in an Award Agreement.

📌 This applies only to award cycles where Goals and Milestones were collected from applicants in the Intake Form. For more info, see ➡️  Adding & Setting Up a Goals & Milestones Section in an Intake Form.

Click through this quick tour on how to include Goals & Milestones in an Award Agreement. For detailed steps, see the instructions below.

Enable Goals and Milestones on an Award Agreement 

1. Open the Award Cycle you need (Open the Program > Program Settings >  All Award Cycles > Open the Award Cycle). 

2. Click Award > Agreement in the left-hand menu. 

3. Create a new Award Agreement or open an existing unpublished one.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the agreement and toggle Include Goals and Milestones = Yes. 

⚠️IMPORTANT: You can't change this toggle after the Award Agreement is published. To turn it on after publishing, create a new Award Agreement. 

5. After you publish the Award Agreement and select it during Awarding, the Goals and Milestones the applicant submitted in their Intake Form will be pulled into their Award Agreement.

Example Award Agreement with Goals & Milestones: 

💡Pro Tip: How to Remove a Goals & Milestones Section

⚠️ You can remove the Goals and Milestones section only before you notify the award recipient.

To remove it: 

1. Open the awardee’s Award Agreement from the Awarding page. 

2. Go to More Actions > Remove Goals.

⚠️IMPORTANT: This action can't be undone within that award draft. If you accidentally delete it, you can delete or void that award draft, and add a new award.
