Login Improvements: Email First Login

No more choosing between SSO or password upfront — and no more "account not found" dead ends. Users simply enter their email and the system automatically detects the right authentication method, routing them forward without friction.

Eligibility Override

Building on last month's Eligibility Results dashboard, Program Owners and Program Managers can now manually override an ineligibility decision — granting an applicant access to the application directly, without requiring external support.

Enhanced Branding

A restored and expanded branding toolkit gives admins full control over the look and feel of their platform — including header colors, fonts, menu dropdowns, and main content windows.

Masked Field Type

The Masked Field collects sensitive information — like a Social Security Number or Social Insurance Number — while keeping values hidden. Characters are replaced with asterisks as applicants type, and values are securely stored so no one can read them after submission. Applicants enter the value twice to confirm, and an eye icon lets them briefly reveal what they typed.

Global Look-up Dropdowns

Organization Owners and Program Admins can now create, manage, and maintain their own private lookup lists directly in the platform. Build lists for anything your program needs: every county in a state, every eligible high school, every approved vendor. Add, edit, bulk import, and organize items in a dedicated section, then deploy across any form in any program.

Reporting Gets a Major Update
