Overview

This article explains how to reset your password in Next. 


Before You Begin

If you created your account using Google, the system will only allow you to log in via Google. Click “Login with Google” on the login page, or enter your email in the Email box and the system will prompt you automatically. 
 

If you're having trouble accessing your Google account, you'll need to use Google's password recovery process. 


How to Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password or are seeing "Couldn't authenticate your account," follow the steps below to reset it. 

  1. On the login page, enter your email. 


     
  2. On the password screen, click Forgot Password?


     
  3. On the Reset Password screen, enter a new password in the Password box. Re-enter it in the Confirm box



    📌Notes: 
    • The password must use 6 or more characters, including at least one upper case character, one lower case character, and one digit. 
    • Click the eye icon to view the characters.
       
  4. Check your inbox for a reset email from no-reply@wizehive.app. The subject of the email is “Password reset initiated for your [organization name] on Next.” 

    📌Note: If you don’t see the email, try these steps: Didn't receive the reset email? [insert link]
     
  5. Locate the 6-character verification code at the bottom of the email.


     

  6.  Enter the code from your email in the Reset Password screen. 



    ⚠️Important:
    • You cannot copy-paste the code. You must enter it manually. 
    • The code in the email expires after 10 minutes— if it expires, return to the Reset password screen and click “Send new code?” At the bottom. (Note: If you try to enter an expired code, you’ll likely land on an “authorization error” screen). 
       
  7. Click Next in the bottom-right corner. 
     
  8. On the password screen, enter the new password you just created, then click Next. 

9. If you logged in successfully, the portal will load.

Didn't receive the reset email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Search your inbox for no-reply@wizehive.app or the email subject line, “Password reset initiated for your [organization name] on Next.” 
  • Still nothing? Try requesting the reset email again by clicking “Send a new code?”on the Reset Password screen.
