Overview

This article describes the basics of forms in Next, including where they live in the platform and how to access them.

Where Forms Live

Forms fall into two categories, based on where they're created and managed:

  • Applicant Profile Forms are created and maintained at the organization level. They apply across all of an organization's programs and can't be customized per program or cycle. See ➡️ About Profile Forms for more information.

  • All other forms — Eligibility, Intake, Request, Feedback, and Report Forms — are created and maintained at the cycle level, in ➡️Cycle Settings. No matter where these forms are used in the workflow, the process for building and editing them is the same.
